We can explain what an ingredient on a label usually is, how formats differ, and how to check a registration number. We can also tell you where a page on this site covers the topic you are asking about. If you send a photo of a label, we can walk through the composition list with you. Those are the questions we are set up to answer well.

What we cannot help with
We do not give personal health advice and we do not comment on whether a product is right for you. Anything that sounds like a symptom question should go to a qualified professional, not to a supplement catalog. We will say so plainly rather than guess. This is a boundary we hold on every channel.

Send a question we can answer in one reply
A useful message names the product, the ingredient you are asking about, and what you want to know. If you are comparing two products, list both. If you have a photo of the label, attach it. Complete questions get answered in one reply. Vague ones take two or three rounds, which slows things down for everyone.

Email is the better channel for questions about a specific product, because you can attach a photo of the packaging or a link. Phone works well for quick questions about the site itself. If you have not heard back within two working days, resend the message.
Visit the Malang office
The office is at Jl. Soekarno-Hatta No. 12, Malang, 65141. If you plan to come by, message first so someone is available. We keep the visiting hours the same as our working hours, and we do not run a retail counter at this address. It is an editorial office, so bring questions rather than a shopping list.
Visitors usually come with one of three things: a label they want help reading, a pair of products they are comparing, or a page on this site they want to talk through. Any of those works. You do not need an appointment to send a question by email, and you do not need to buy anything to ask about natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, energy and endurance formulas, or any other section of the catalog.
